Made to Order items
Our made-to-order or print-on-demand products are produced by Printful, who distribute from various locations including the UK. In the case of these items, shipping will be handled by Printful, though you can still email us if you are having problems.
UK Anime Network "Limited Edition" items
We produce and distribute limited run items with our other partners, and these are kept in the office. For any product falling under this category we will ship these independently by Royal Mail.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
